Return & Refund Policy

Returns are processed in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Ukraine.

Within a 14-day period, excluding the day of purchase, returns can be made under the following conditions:
•    the item has not been used
•    the integrity of the packaging and the item is not compromised
•    the product is not included in the list of substandard goods, which are restricted from being returned according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (resolution dated March 19, 1994, №172)

Returns of food products.
Since food products are perishable goods, according to
the provisions of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law
of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” № 172 dated March 19, 1994, they cannot be
exchanged/returned if they are of proper quality.

Returns of products with obvious defects.
Return of goods with visible flaws.

If the buyer identifies any obvious flaw in the goods (a flaw that can be detected
by the consumer upon receipt of the goods, such as, for example, damaged packaging,
incorrect item assortment, etc.), at the moment of receiving such goods from the courier
(carrier), then such goods should be returned to the courier (carrier).

If the buyer accepts goods with visible flaws from the courier (carrier), then such
goods are considered to be of appropriate quality and are not subject to return.

Returns of goods with hidden defects

If a consumer purchases unfit food products, the seller is obliged to
replace it with food that is fit for consumption, or refund
the money paid by the consumer.​

Returns can be made throughout the entire warranty period of the goods, provided that storage conditions are met.

The consumer’s claims are considered after the consumer presents a receipt or proof of purchase.

Consumer claims will not be satisfied if the defects in the goods arose as a result of
the consumer’s failure to follow the rules for using or storing the product.

Differences in design elements or appearance from the description on the website do not constitute
a sign of poor quality. Actual colors of products may vary from the colors and
shades on the site, depending on camera settings and/or your monitor settings.

To return poor-quality goods, please register a return request by writing to us at say@hellodream.com.ua and sending a photo of the product that shows the defect, and include in the email the full name and phone number under which the order was placed. Our manager will contact you to discuss the details.​

Claims related to products marked with the “Hello Dream” and “Bag of Happiness” brands, purchased from other sellers, will not be accepted. For returns, please contact the seller from whom the goods were purchased.
